A Moment with God

It is believed that Satan played a role in Judas' decision to hand over Jesus to the chief priests, regardless of Judas' reasoning. According to some accounts, Satan may have influenced Judas to carry out this betrayal and even possessed him when the time came to act. Still, he could have been influenced by personal feelings of resentment towards Jesus and His mission.
