David acknowledges that God made him secretly, without concealing his skeletal structure. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, for we are the work of the Father's hand. What a comfort and joy to know that although we do not see the Lord, He not only sees us but knows us intimately and constantly has each of us in His thoughts.
