How we praise God that although we were born dead in trespasses and sins, Christ's sacrificial death paid the price for our sins and His glorious resurrection broke the power of sin and Satan, death, and hell, in the life of all who believe. But like David, if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, purify our hearts, renew a steadfast spirit within, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
