The source of this salt is for all who come to Christ in faith. Once they repent of their sins, confess them, and place their trust in Christ, they will be saved for eternity. Then they can be salt and light to a dark world that doesn’t know where they are going.  To expose the darkness and show the way, we need the light of Christ within us.
